What is your return policy?

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending upon your location. Express shipping is available for faster delivery which is usually 1-2 days

Do you do same-day delivery in your local area

Yes, we do same-day delivery in Guelph, where our main branch is located. We will also have this delivery option in KWC in the near future.

Are your products authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer only. Payment details will be shown on the checkout page before you place your order. Please complete the e-transfer after placing the order. Your order will be dispatched only after we receive the payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
